I just wanted to share two funny moments from the last few weeks.
Julia has started saying really long prayers that include anything she did that day. (I think its really sweet that she wants to share her whole life, but Adria finds it a bit trying.) Last night Julia was saying our dinner prayer and she said, "We're thankful for Grandma that she is so smart...like me. We wish she could stay forever, but she has to go home and take care of her family." We do wish Grandma could stay forever, and Julia is definately smart, it just was so funny to hear her say "like me" in such a serious voice.
And of course there is our ever-curious Adria. A few weeks ago Ben was wearing his nicest suit. We were sitting, trying to be quiet (it was during a funeral) and I didn't notice that Adria had stopped coloring in her book until she held up her hand to me and said in a very proud voice, "Look mom, 5 buttons!" I was totally surpised and whispered, "Where did you get those?" She pointed at Ben's arm and I realized she had managed to get 5 out of 6 buttons off his sleeves. She pointed at the last one and said, "Its stuck!" Ben and I started laughing and couldn't stop. If I ever meet Hugo Boss I'm going to let him know I'm not very impressed by his button sewers.

Your kids are a hoot. I would do well to just laugh at things like that more often with my own brood.
Kara is a doll. Congrats on baby girl number 3!!
