Another month

I really can't believe how fast time flies. I didn't realize that it had been a whole month since my last post. My girls are definately keeping me busy. Julia is at such an amazing age. She is 25 months now and every day is something new. It is really fun to watch her discover the world around her. She has learned all her colors now. I love the way she says purple. It's so cute! She is still completely in love with trains of all shapes and sizes. I wish I had kept track of how many times we've watched "The Polar Express" because I'm sure no one would believe me. Julia loves when I let her watch little videos that people have made on youtube with Thomas the Tank Engine. There is one song called "Accidents Happen" that is a really fun little tune. She watches it a lot. I thought, at first, that she just liked the song because it's very catchy. Then she started getting really excited every time the trains crashed. I knew that I was in trouble though when we were driving down a very narrow road and every time a car came towards us Julia would say, "Oh no...oh no...mommy crash!!" and then she would laugh. She has also started being a little neat freak. She has to have all the doors in the house closed and anytime something spills (which is like 5 times a day) she cries and says, "Oh no, JuJu mess. Sorry mommy. Mess!" It's really sweet and I'm trying to help her not be so concerned. Her language skills are just exploding! I love hearing her voice all her thoughts. I feel like I am really getting to know her personality.
Adria has really advanced too. I am just waiting for her to realize how close she is to crawling. She is so adorable. She gets up on her hands and knees and throws herself forward to get what she wants. She's got little rug burns on her knees from doing it so much. She gets around really fast! I walked from the kitchen to the girls room to put something away and she rolled/scooted/pulled herself all the way to the bathroom (which is around 2 corners and down a hall.) I was very impressed. In some ways I'm not very excited for Adria to start crawling because that pretty much ends any of my imaginings that she's still an infant. I have to say, I am very grateful for how cuddly she is. She loves to be held and cuddled and she'll lay her cheek on mine and just watch Julia or whatever else is exciting. I am so grateful for my beautiful babies. They are worth every dish and load of laundry. Well, it's almost midnight now and Ben wants to go to bed. I do too, since Adria is still up 3 or 4 (or 5 or 6) times every night. Goodnight.

They are both so cute. Adria has really changed alot. It cracks me up that Julia is such a a train fanatic. Usually its the little boys that get train obsessed. So Funny
