Every time I upload a picture of my girls I just am amazed at how beautiful they are. It's late (as it usually is when I post) but I have been wanting to post a few things. First, Adria got her first tooth on Friday!! I think it is sooooo cute. I am very excited because I think little baby teeth are adorable and I just can't believe she's growing up so fast. On the other hand, I have now started into 18 months of a cranky, tired, difficult baby while she gets the rest of her teeth. Second, we have a Christmas background a little early because I didn't want all the good ones to be taken. So, Ha! Julia actually picked the background. I didn't love any of them and when she saw this one she got SO excited! She calls it the "Twinkle Star" and demands to see it a few times a day now. I have posted a lot about Julia on the blog since she is doing more things, so I want to post a little bit more about Adria. She is my little cuddle bug. If anyone ever needs a cuddle, just go to Adria because she loves it! If it weren't for the incessant hair pulling, I would never be able to stop cuddling her. She is such a good baby. Most people can't even tell she is getting fussy because it's a very mellow fussy - unless she has been hit in the face by her older sister. (That happened at least 15 times today!) Adria loves to be around people. She follows me all around the house now. I feel really bad when she finally makes it to the kitchen just as I'm walking back to the living room or vice versa. Every day she's getting faster though so I'm sure it won't be long until she can keep up with me. She loves Julia to death. I'm still amazed by that since Julia is kind of a Jekyll and Hyde with her. Some time Julia is so sweet and protective and mothering to Adria. They make each other giggle until my sides hurt just watching them. Other times, like today, Ben and I can't even keep Adria safe from Julia's wrath. Don't ask me what she's upset about, I just know that every toy within Julia's reach ended up being thrown at Adria in a very violent manner. Poor Adria, she just sits there and cries until someone cuddles her and as soon as Julia gives her a hug, all is forgotten and Adria lays her head on JuJu's. So cute! I need to take some pictures of Adria playing with this toy we borrowed from Rachelle. It's a little house fasade with a door that Adria loves to crawl through. I think it's adorable. Adria has also been waving for a couple of weeks now. I am very impressed by her mature wave. I got it on video, but as I have mentioned before, I can't get video to upload to my blog. I don't know why. Adria also gives kisses which just melts the heart, especially her Daddy's heart. I love watching Ben play with his girls. He is very patient and sweet with them, and I know they've got him just where they want him. I went to put Julia to bed tonight and when I came back, Adria was sitting on the floor in front of Ben looking quite pleased with herself. She would say, "ahhh ahhh" like she was about to cry and Ben would give her a piece of his cookie. Oh brother was all I could say. She LOVES food. Oh my goodness. I can't even describe how much that girl loves to eat big people food. I could go on for hours. Even if she is as full as can be, if someone is eating, she wants it! I have yet to give her a bite of something she doesn't eat. Now that she's getting old enough, our plan is to expose her to a lot of different tastes before she decides to be picky. I think I was too limited in Julia's eating when she was younger and it contributes to my problems with her now. Well, Ben is asleep on my shoulder and it's way late so I will have to write more later.

I love your site, it's fun to catch up on your girls. I can't believe Adria is already mobile. Jacob's driving me nuts, and if it weren't for the fact that he's so doggon cute, I think I would have sold him weeks ago. Miss ya tons!
