My sweet husband is another year older. And probably 10 years wiser. I feel so lucky to be married to such a wonderful guy. I feel like he just gets better and better as time goes on. I should probably try harder each day to let him know how great he is. I tried really hard on his birthday to make the day special despite having to work. I hope he had a good time and knows that he is loved. Julia wanted to make a sign for him and have a "huge" surprise party. Ben hates surprise parties, so we just did the sign. Kara and Julia have some awesome talent!
We got a few small presents for him, and a Costco cake because he says those are the best cakes in the whole world. They didn't want to wait for me to get a knife. Also, Kara is still covered in orange marker. My bad.
We left the girls with a sitter and had a fun night on the town. I love that guy so much! Gray hair and all!
And for posterity's sake, here's the best fun of the night....
Eating the blue balloon from Daddy's cake before your totally-healthy-not-at-all-lazy dinner.

I love all three of your new posts! :) You're such a fun mom! I love reading about the fun things you do with/for your girls. Also, those are such cute Easter dresses for adorable girls!
